*Our quotes are issued over the phone and email. By entering your telephone number you are giving your consent for us to call you for this purpose. The vehicle Switch tariff with vested rights guarantee only applies to insured parties between 20 and 70 years of age and with a no-claims record of 24 months (only applies to liability losses) and the driver group defined in accordance with our insurance conditions. It does not apply to benefits from the road assistance cover letter and premium-paying inclusions of the preliminary agreement which we do not offer at the time of conclusion of the contract. The preliminary agreement must have existed for at least 6 months. The vested rights guarantee ends 36 months after the start of agreement. Vested rights guarantee: At least the same benefits as with the previous insurer. The liability exchange rate with vested rights guarantee only applies to customers who have not had a settled personal liability claim for 24 months, the previous personal liability insurance was not terminated by the previous insurer, and as long as the preliminary agreement with the previous insurer existed for at least six consecutive months without interruption. Vested rights guarantee: At least the same benefits as with the previous insurer. The household items exchange rate with vested rights guarantee only applies to customers who have not had a settled household loss for 24 months, the insured property is not located in one of the hazard zones ZÜRS 3 or 4 (applicable only if the natural disasters module has been selected), the insured property is neither permanently unoccupied nor a second home or a holiday home, the preliminary agreement with the previous insurer was in force for at least six consecutive months without interruption and as long as the preliminary agreement with the previous insurer has not been terminated by the previous insurer. **Refugees who have been accommodated in the household or who have otherwise been provided with free living space are insured free of charge in the personal liability insurance of their hosts - regardless of whether the underlying contract is a family liability or a single liability policy. The insurance coverage for refugees is independent of their nationality and origin; the insurance begins when the refugees arrive at the respective home. The offer is only valid until December 31 of this year. In the event of a claim, the claim can be made via the originally insured person, whereby appropriate proof is required.
